Richard Panten, graduated with his Bachlor of Arts from Bob Jones University in 1995.  He has been happily married for over ten years, with 2 children, and is actively involved at Faith Baptist of Taylors.  Growing up around water, Richard has mastered the art of water gardening and debute his services to the Upstate in 2004.
